I really love every bead that my partner April Grinaway sent me. I love all the beautiful colors she chose for me. Funny that she chose blues, as that is a color I hardly ever use in my work.
I really wish my pictures were better, it was a challenge trying to take pictures, because of the length of my necklace.
Thank-you April for being my partner, and thank-you for sending me your beautiful work. Can't wait to see what you made!!!
Hi there, well it's been a long while since my last blog post. To be honest, not the greatest at this sort of thing!!! Thought I'd give it a whirl once more. So many things going on in my life right now, and well, just taking everyday one at a time. I'm staying busy creating new designs everyday. Trying to force myself to write the patterns down as I create them. Just in case one could go farther, like being published. It's been a while since I've submitted any of my work. Feeling like it's time to stop wasting time and get back to doing what I love so much. I am still teaching Bead Therapy Classes, three days a week, trying to build an interest in my community. There are no more bead stores in our area, so that's sad. I posted a picture with this article, called Flight. I'm hoping it will inspire me to just take flight in some new directions, putting myself out here in the world wide web, so those who love one of a kind hand crafted artisan jewelry can find me. So I can share what my hands have created, and inspire new designers, or those who are interested in learning. Love to you all, CJ
